KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 13 (Bernama) -- YTL Land & Development Bhd, a subsidiary of YTL Corporation Bhd, will soon be bringing Sentul to East Malaysians via a three-day road show to be held in Kota Kinabalu from Aug 15 to 17.

The road show will showcase YTL sharing their master plan and vision for Sentul, as well as showcasing their maiden residential development in Sentul West - The Maple.

"We noticed that many discerning East Malaysians are looking to the Kuala Lumpur property market either for investment or as a second home for their children studying in Kuala Lumpur," Deputy Managing Director of YTL Corporation Bhd, Datuk Yeoh Seok Kian said in a statement here Wednesday.

The road show will be held at Sutera Harbour Spa & Resort in Kota Kinabalu. Situated on prime freehold land, just five minutes from Kuala Lumpur's city centre, the Maple bordering on the Park at Sentul West, a 35-acre private gated park, comprises two 30-storey towers with a total of 318 units.

Starting from RM338,000, the Maple comes with three bedrooms and an additional utility room ranging from 1,535 sq feet to 1,707 sq feet.

"Drawing comparisons with properties located around a park, for example in Central Park, New York and Hyde Park, London, which has shown growth in value of up to 20 percent, we believe that the Maple is to experience similar capital gains in coming years," said Yeoh.
