About Lake Edge, Puchong - a truly different kind of living in a familiar neighbourhood

As Puchong's first gated lakeside development, Lake Edge has certainly lived up to its promise of offering a truly different kind of living concept. Here, charming homes, the outdoors and the community come together in a lake themed lifestyle set in a modern, tropical neighbourhood, located just 20 minutes from Kuala Lumpur.
Lake Edge was modeled after Australia's green street concept where landscaping would promote a thriving community by encouraging residents to enjoy the outdoors, interact with nature and their neighbours. To foster a stronger sense of the community spirit, walls and hedges that usually demarcate property lines have been eliminated in favour of fenceless homes set in open greens. Integrated open spaces were also designed to encourage social outdoor activities, thus fostering communal ties further.
The result is a repertoire of lifestyle components, urban elements, architectural forms, and landscape that invite interactions with the environment and provide a varied urban living experience.

About Centrio at Pantai Hillpark - a new age of working and living
Located in the highly renowned Pantai Hillpark address, Centrio features an eclectic mixed development of SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) suites, boutique offices and trendy retail stores, to serve the community's needs for a commercial hub in the 90-acre urban renewal master plan.
CENTRIO's SOHO living concept came to be following YTL Land's market research that revealed an increasing number of young people were looking for living space that offered unlimited flexibility to do whatever they wanted; with many of them wanting to work from home. This proved true as the debut of this low-rise boutique development in December 2006 was a hit, demonstrating how exceptional designs can express and capture a paradigm shift in lifestyles and new choices.
