YTL Land clinches 7 awards at CNBC Asia Pacific Property Awards 2009 PR, 16 July 2009 Out of the seven awards won, four were awarded for Centrio - YTL Land's newest offering in Pantai Hillpark, an exclusive hub of SOHO (Small Office, Home Office) suites, boutique offices and trendy retail stores that promises a new age of working and living in the city. The four awards won are 'Best Mixed Development' and 'The Architecture Award' under the Commercial category and Centrio's SOHO suites were recognized for 'Best Architecture' and 'Best Property Marketing' in the Residential category.
